Casino Bonus
Most online casinos offer two very different types of bonuses, the first deposit bonus and the subsequent monthly bonuses. There are certianly a lot more bonuses that you will see available at an online casino, though pretty much every casino will offer at least a welcome bonus and monthly bonus.

First Deposit Bonuses
The first deposit bonus is usually a match bonus and the majority of casino goers will have come across this sort of saying before: "Deposit £100 and we (the casino) will give you £100 back!" This is what is known as a "match deposit", as the casino will "match" your deposit, so if you did deposit £100 and they matched it 100%, they really would be giving you £100 back.
Before you roll your eyes in disbelief and wonder why all online casinos haven't gone bust yet, there is a catch. While online casinos will be happy to deposit that free £100 into your account, they won't be eager for you to withdraw it right away, which is why they have playthrough, or wagering requirements. If you read through the small print then you will see something along the lines of "players must wager 15x original deposit to withdraw match bonus". What this means is that you must play your £100 15x before you can consider withdrawing your free cash.
Now, we aren't mathematicians, but this little sum has come in very handy when working out how to withdraw our match bonuses:
Bonus amount x wagering requirement = total amount needed to wager
Let's go back to our hypothetical wagering requirement and match bonus. Our "playthrough" requirement is 15x and our bonus is £100, so:
£100 x 15 = £1,500
This means that before we can withdraw that free £100, we first have to wager £1,500. While this may seem steep, the casino isn't asking you to lose £1,500; they just want you to wager it. If you are a careful enough gambler, with an eye for skill games, then this will be no mean feat.
Monthly Bonuses
Once you have grabbed your huge first deposit bonus, you might be tempted to withdraw the free cash you have earned (after you have wagered of course) and move your money else where. Well, those casino owners aren't fools, so they will simply keep rewarding you so you keep coming back. When you make a monthly deposit, you will usually be offered a match bonus of say 25%-100% of your deposit. Stick around at an online casino and you will find the wagering requirements start to drop too. If an online casino knows you are a regular player, they will do everything to ensure your experience at their online casino is a fruitful one. Monthly match bonuses operate using the same sum as the first deposit bonus, so make sure to bear the following brief equation in mind:
Bonus amount x wagering requirement = total amount needed to wager
